Our client, an International Investment Firm with headquarters in London, is seeking commercially savvy and linguistically skilled professionals to join their remote verification operations team.

The position is initially offered as a Temp-to-Perm Opportunity through a 12-Week Fixed-Term Contract, with work conducted fully remotely from home. This role is a performance-based pathway to permanent, long-term employment for candidates who consistently demonstrate accuracy, productivity, and professionalism.

As a Multilingual Remote Verification & Data Intelligence Associate, you will conduct structured commercial verification assignments on behalf of funding and investment partners.

Your work will play a critical role in supporting due diligence, transactional risk assessment, and capital deployment decisions across UK and international markets.

The role is precision-driven and process-led, rather than sales-oriented. All outbound interactions are task-specific, supported by a dialer system, and focused solely on validating factual business information.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outbound verification calls to UK and international businesses
• Validate operational legitimacy, trading activity, and commercial authenticity
• Confirm and accurately document core business credentials, including:
  • Registered company name and trading status
  • Verified operating address and business location
  • Confirmed contact details (telephone numbers and email addresses)
• Substantiate whether businesses actively trade in specified product categories, such as:
  • Solid fuels and charcoal supply
  • Packaged and tinned food distribution
  • Automotive parts and vehicle supply
  • Bulk produce, wholesale food, and agricultural goods
• Confirm authenticity of listed or advertised products
• Establish sales activity classification (wholesale, retail, export, bulk distribution, etc.) where required
• Accurately record all verified information using Microsoft Office tools and internal reporting systems
• Meet defined daily call volumes and task completion benchmarks
• Submit structured verification reports at the conclusion of each working day
• Utilise a dialer platform to manage call allocation and outcome tracking
• Collaborate in real time with the operations team via WhatsApp to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow continuity

Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in data administration, structured outbound calling, teleservices, or verification-based roles
• Strong ability to extract and validate factual commercial information with clarity and confidence
• Efficiency within process-driven, target-focused environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined record management
• The ability to work independently and maintain productivity within a fully remote framework

Language Capability Requirement

Due to the international scope of the verification operations, candidates must demonstrate professional fluency in a minimum of two of the following languages:

• French
• Portuguese
• Spanish
• Dutch
• Turkish
• Polish
• Russian
• Ukrainian

To meet the language capability requirements, candidates must not only possess professional fluency in at least two of the specified languages but also demonstrate a high level of competence in all aspects of communication. This includes the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in verbal exchanges, accurately understand and interpret spoken and written information, and effectively verify structured commercial details in real time within a professional context.

Assessment of language proficiency will form an integral part of the interview process, ensuring that selected candidates can meet the rigorous demands of the verification operations.

• Candidates must be prepared to support operational needs by occasionally working weekends, as required by fluctuating demand.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home-working environment are essential to ensure efficient and uninterrupted workflow.
• Effective participation in live operational coordination may necessitate the use of WhatsApp, and candidates should be willing to utilize this platform as needed.
• Precise adherence to structured verification protocols is critical, as is demonstrating strong time management, self-discipline, and accountability throughout all tasks.
• It is necessary to have access to suitable devices, including a laptop or desktop computer for core work activities, and a smartphone or tablet for communication purposes.
